Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Kohrie website, apps, and delivery network services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Kohrie connects robot owners, business clients who send deliveries, and remote pilots who assist when autonomy needs a human. Each role has its own portal and responsibilities described in these Terms and in product flows.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or network safety requirements.

If you own or operate a delivery robot on Kohrie, you are responsible for the hardware, charging, maintenance, availability you set, and compliance with local rules for operating the robot.

Payouts for completed trips depend on network activity, your settings, and successful payment processing. Kohrie does not guarantee a minimum income or utilization.

If you send deliveries as a client, you are responsible for order details, lawful contents, pickup and drop-off access, and payment for trips you dispatch. Fees, tips, and billing terms are shown at order time and in your dashboard.

If you provide remote piloting, you must follow Kohrie training, safety, and session rules. You are an independent participant in the network, not an employee of Kohrie, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Kohrie uses Stripe for money movement on the network. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply when you use these flows.

Clients: Stripe charges your payment method for delivery orders according to prices shown at checkout and in your dashboard.

Robot owners and pilots: you complete Stripe Connect onboarding so Kohrie can pay your earnings to your connected account. Cash out and payout history in the app are handled through Stripe.

Where onboarding requires screening, Kohrie uses Checkr after you give consent in the app.

Checkr may email you a secure link to submit information and sign authorizations. Results are shared with Kohrie so we can decide whether you may continue onboarding.

Checkr's terms and privacy policy apply to their screening services.

You may not misuse the Services, interfere with the network, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful cargo, or use robots or data in a way that endangers people or property.

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Kohrie does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or that every trip will complete without delay.

To the extent permitted by law, Kohrie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid to Kohrie for the trip or account at issue in the prior three months, unless law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
